Do you accept insurance?
I am only able to provide insurance documentation for sessions at my Boston location.
All sessions are paid out of pocket at the time of service. Because I practice out of a naturopathic medical office, we’re sometimes able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Coverage varies by insurance plan. Before scheduling, I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask whether they reimburse for CPT code 97140 (Manual Therapy) when services are provided through a naturopathic physician’s office.
When reimbursement is available, claims are typically submitted for treatment related to chronic pain, chronic muscle tension, or other musculoskeletal conditions, depending on the reason for care.
Unfortunately, I cannot determine whether your specific plan will provide reimbursement, so it’s important to verify your benefits directly with your insurance company before your appointment.
