I work with many people who experience overwhelm, burnout, chronic stress, trauma histories, neurodivergence, or just… life.

đź§  Executive Function Isn’t Always… Functioning

When your nervous system is in a protective mode—because of trauma, stress, grief, fatigue, or neurodivergence—basic tasks like planning, organizing, initiating, or following through can feel almost impossible.

That’s not laziness. That’s a nervous system doing what it knows how to do: survive.

Executive function—those skills that help us “stay on top of things”—can go offline when your system is trying to protect you. And ironically, the deeper this work goes, the more your system may resist scheduling the very thing that could help.

This is common.
This is human.
This is not a flaw.


🔄 The Rhythm of Healing Is Not Linear

This work can stir things up. Sometimes it brings relief. Sometimes it brings resistance.
It’s okay to come close… and pull away.
What matters is that the option to return is always here.

I care deeply about the people I work with. But I also need to care for myself.
Here’s how I make it easier for you to re-engage—without me needing to chase or remind constantly:

• Gentle Reminders – I send automated emails/texts that are warm, not robotic.
• Re-Entry Notes – If it’s been a while, no shame. You’re still welcome here.
• Manual Booking Options – If online booking feels like too much, just reach out directly (within clear boundaries).
• “Working Together” Agreements – We can talk about what sustainable support looks like—for you and me.
